What was it ... 80-90K ... please. Looks innocent enough. I don't doubt it was just unfortunate timing as far as PR goes. He wouldn't risk his career on such a little amount.

It would take him 30 seconds to tell his secretary to get his trading stopped first thing after he found out about it. Shouldn't this be SOP in a crisis after all that's gone on the last 5 years? He's a CFO, not some hands off director. Is he guilty? I have no idea. I suppose they will get a good picture when they find out when and how the orders for the trade went out.
