Why is it called tourist season, if we can't shoot at them? -
I admit, I find some RPGs addictive, Oblivion, KOTOR and the Gothic series come to mind, but after finishing them I almost totally loose interest. The first time it's fun, after that everything seems so repetitive, the quests, the monsters, the whole process of gaining experience... I might start all over if the endings are different, but then again you could save at some point late in the game and choose the alternate end path from there for most of them.
Other reasons could be a system upgrade or lack of good games
Anyway, considering the above, I'll probably play WOW ( with expansion) until I bring a character to full level and then get bored. If time is something I can still spare, investing money beyond the game itself doesn't feel sound to me, at least that's my take on MMORPGs.
If the story's true, the good part is she found someone... just hope they don't have kids, they might forget to feed them
