I've located a local spammer and the ISP. Problem is that there isn't much to do legally against them for now. Any other way to make their lives miserable?

    Spammer: http://mailmedia.org/
    Link to provider: http://toolbar.netcraft.com/site_rep....mailmedia.org
    Provider: http://www.ecohosts.com/

The phone number on the provider's site is Israeli, but the hardware is probably on American soil, if that matters. Any ideas?

D.O.S. but then that would probably cause collateral damage.

      BEAT HIM.

Get some mates, arm yourselves with baseball bats, and go smash his shit.

Ok, I've just found out this:

Any European laws that could force http://www.servage.net/ to stop hosting this local spammer: http://www.pirsumail.net/index.php ?
