Actually no, Greg and Evan (the founders of JibJab) are still running the show. They have, however, stopped producing every bit of content themselves and focused a lot of attention on their JokeBox service. Nevermind that JibJab has grown from the two of them to a collection of several employees.
If you don't remember, not everything the guys created was as original or well done as "This Land" or "Good to be in DC!", they just happened to grab attention with those two.
