    Thoughts, opinions, suggestions, etc.

    I have been considering this for awhile, getting sick of contacts and glasses.

    Pretty much all I know is what I've read on wikipedia
    Q9450 + TRUE, G.Skill 2x2GB DDR2, GTX 560, ASUS X48, 1TB WD Black, Windows 7 64-bit, LG M2762D-PM 27" + 17" LG 1752TX, Corsair HX620, Antec P182, Logitech G5 (Blue)

    I've seen too many scarred retina to risk my eyesight. I guess it all depends on how bad your eyesight is and what you are prepared to risk

      I've looked into it, and I'd strongly consider PRK over the others. The downside is that recovery is a few days longer. The upsides are better results, less chance of visual side effects, and much easier future adjustment if needed.

      The US military performs PRK only.
      Gigabyte P35-DS3L with a Q6600, 2GB Kingston HyperX (after *3* bad pairs of Crucial Ballistix 1066), Galaxy 8800GT 512MB, SB X-Fi, some drives, and a Dell 2005fpw. Running WinXP.
