The U.S. version doesn't have an integrated TV Tuner, which is good - in my opinion - because, as I understand it, ACER decided to only include ANALOG tuners in the monitors with integrated tuners.
If there is to be a tuner, then I would instead want a DIGITAL tuner... not an ANALOG tuner.
The manufacturers that sell these flat-panel TVs with ANALOG tuners have really made a serious mistake, in my opinion.
The analog video looks relatively AWFUL compared to the FLAWLESS video received by TVs that feature DIGITAL tuners.
