Well suddenly I can't bring down the console so if I win a game very rare I look like a ignornantus as I'm not responding.

I believe it is under one of the menu options. It's been so long though, I could be wrong.Ladies and gentlemen, take my advice, pull down your pants and slide on the ice. -

you just wanna talk to others? The pre-defined keys (at least for the german version) for that operations are:
t - talk to all
r - talk to your team
and while typing:
%a - show your current adrenaline
%s - show your current shield level
%h - show your current health level
%w - show your current weapon
