g200 bios

first, i hope i'm in the correct forum, I couldn't find one which applied to a bios flash.

I think i may have a g200 card whose bios has gone south. On my dad's winxp system, boot to black screen, when windows drivers kick in all is normal. on a win98 system, boot to black screen, windows drivers kick in and machine shuts down, poof.

If it is a bios problem requiring a bios flash, how do i go about this as therre is no DOS visibility? Boot to DOS with a pci video card? Where do i find g200 bioses and flash executables?
