Looks like a standard BSOD to me....but does anything jump out at anyone here? I'm thinking fresh format...opinions?

<edit #2 - ok...IE is spazzing out too. WTF? I'll attach an image, hit upload, and then the small popup window that you attach files in loads a blank page...>
