What's wrong with D 3.19?

3.19 helped a problem capturing YUY2 with the eTV here.

I have the registered version of AVI_IO and that is 3.16. When did 3.19 come out and how do we upgrade? Thanks.

Upgrading from 316 to 319 did not change anything on my system that I could see.
