Looking for BT/RJ11 socket with ADSL filter

I am in the process of decorating and I have replaced my plastic wall sockets with brushed aluminium/steel ones. I have managed to find a website that supplies a metal finish BT socket (here) and I can find sockets with both BT and RJ11 (here), but I cant find a metal finish combination socket.

Anyone know of a supplier?

The Welsh support two teams when it comes to rugby. Wales of course, and anyone else playing England
