Recommend cable ISP in London

Hi, I'm staying with this friend and her roommates in London. They need broadband and their landlord would have issues with DSL over landline (landline = seen as potential unexpected expenses by him).

So I've seen some offer on the Tube - Homeoffice 1MB + cable TV for 15£ per month.

Recommend something that is:
- low instalation fee
- can only be used for 3 months (no long term bundle)
- uncapped
- cost effective

Cable is installed for free if available in your area, and there will only be one provider in each 'fanchise'. I doubt very much if you'll get less than a 12month deal as they have to cover their costs.

ADSL - if you can get it (shouldn't be a problem in London), can be got from lots of providers, but you have to have a BT line. I know some will offer short term deals - Zen for example.
