  • Next space shuttle launch: 2006

I repeat my earlier question: Does anyone realistically expect the shuttle to make 5 flights between now and its (presumed) 2010 retirement?

One good note: the three external tanks they have on hand are going back to the factory for reworking. Maybe they're on to something.

    Where the hell is Endeavor?
Why is it called tourist season, if we can't shoot at them?

Enterprise (originally named Constitution in honor of the 200'th anniversary of same) was never fitted for space flight. It's sitting at the Smithsonian Institution's National Air and Space Museum.

And even more confusing: the Enterprise is a Constitution class starship!
