Ok, I'll jump in here. I do like Fix-It-Utilities, it adds in some functionality that is sorely lacking in things like Norton Utilities. I mean, just how exactly are you SUPPOSED to fix disc problems that CHKDSK doesn't find (and there are plenty)? There isn't a single common utility that'll do it - they all just say "run CHKDSK". Grr...
EZ Recovery Pro, which is a great program for repairing Office documents as well as undeleting and unformatting your files/drives, will CHECK your partitions for errors... but won't CORRECT them.
That's because OnTrack is partnered with the people who make Fix-It Utilities. *shrug*
