  • A little advise wanted sound proofing

Sadly my old sound proofing has now become insufficent. I've now built a framework to attach sound proofing panels too. You know it's amazing how non striaght the walls are by the way so I've got to fill some gaps in with acoustic sealant.

Anyway should I fill the air gap with cladding or just leave it as it is???

both roxull and fiberglass insulation claims excellent noise proofing capabilities
personally I would go with the roxul, as it itches alot less than fiberglass when working with it, and adds a fire barrier at the same time
