I've got this too, it happened when I updated from 1.02 to 1.03.
I guess theres some Extensions that arent compatible between 02 and 03, I just havent bothered figuring out what ones yet.
      Athlon XP-64/3200, 1gb PC3200, 512mb Radeon X1950Pro AGP, Dell 2005fwp, Logitech G5, IBM model M.

That's what I'm thinking as well. Some extensions aren't working but still trying to display in the context menu.

I updated my dictionary.com thing (because that's the only thing i can recall being missing from that menu), and it's back to normal.

Good call - I updated my Dictionary Search from 0.8 to 0.92 (had to go to its homepage as it wouldnt update straight from Firefox) and it fixed it.
