I came
It rained
I conquered (sorta)
I ended up taking 3rd place in 4 door Mazdas. In the past I took top honors for my categories, but I was happy I got at least something. That is, until, I saw what 2nd place was. It was a portly girl with a Mazda 6. It either had a different front bumper or a grill, and it had rims.
Apparently, the 45 minutes and $1500 worth of mods she put into her car were clearly superior to the years of work I have into mine.
Anyway, here's a thread about the show in the Mazduh forums. It's linked to the first page that actually has pics.
Saw some really cool cars there. Some CRAZY Subarus, some bling bling SUVs, of course, and I saw this Mustang Cobra whose engine bay I fell in love with.
There's only a few pics in this thread so far, but it will probably grow. I also have some pics of my completed turbo setup in there. Note the extra fuel rail in the intake mani, and the SS IC piping. Not to mention that we polished everything under the bonnet.
