  • Video distribution to Visor

    Hello,

This is a bit of a different topic. Has anyone experiemented with sending video to a PalmOS device (given: laptops are not an option, PDA only)? Specifically, I am interested in the video performance using a Handspring Visor Platinum. Were you able to
use the video in something like the 'Presenter-to-Go' Springboard?

MGI's new handheld product looks good, but my experience with their other products has not been great. For those interested, here is a link:

    Thank you

I once tried tealmovie on my palmIII and it´s quite impressive how good that little 16MHz Dragonball can handle video, but you should at least have a device with a good 16 grayscale-display, or better a color-display.

I tried different emulations and trust me: only a color-display is worth the using of videoapps. And oh, don´t forget the RAM: calculate about one meg per minute, shouldn´t be a problem for you with your expendable platinum.

Oh, one more thing: don´t expect hifi-sound (no sound at all!)
