    IBM has demonstrated Millipede at CeBiT:

    (ok, it is tomshardware)

    Promising 153 GB per square inch, and a guessed availability in 3 years, it is claimed to be a contender for flash memory.

      There was an article about Millipede in c't a couple of years ago, and another one just a few weeks ago, so I think it's safe to assume this is for real.
