Windows remembering folders?

On my work PC, Windows XP will remember which folders I had open during my last session if I reboot. It reopens said folders.

On my home PC, it does not.

What's the setting for this?

Open Windows Explorer\My Duckuments:

Tools -> Folder Options...

View tab

scroll down and uncheck "Restore previous folder windows at logon"
