  • zone alarm anti virus....anyone used it?

    Hi guys....

Anybody know if this is a decent alternative to Norton? It is time for me to resubscribe to Norton or try a different AV.

    Anyone using it?

Really? Will it then still let you upgrade online?

        2003 and earlier versions,
        1. Uninstall Norton and reboot.
        2. Ininstall LiveUpdate and livereg.
        3. Use the RNAV2003.exe removal utility.
        4. Reoot.

It may a little ovekill but this works for me.

Huh, zonelabs makes antivirus software ?
I thought Zone Alarm was only the firewall ?
Using Zone Alarm 4.5 Pro together with NAV 2005 here.

probably as finniky as Nortons software so it's your choice.

Basically uninstalling and re-installing worked for me and thats with 2004.

Dunno about 2005 as it hasn't run out yet.
