Premiere 6 crashes with certain mjpeg clip
After loading a certain clip (captured with PV-VCR as MJPEG; 704x480-highest quality; 2GB) into Premiere 6, it crashes. No reason given.
WMP has no problems and plays the clip just fine.
Premiere is not willing to play the clip in its entirety, but just stops with a frozen frame while audio continues. Than come the crash. For whatever reason Premiere cannot handle this particular clip properly. What could it be? Anything I could/should try other than recapturing?
