          LOL... somebody predicted the thread would be killed by noon, well only a few hours off

          Since the DNF beginning, Voyager (?) has traveled 2.5 billion miles (something like that...

          It's a summation timeline of events that Boussard has uttered about DNF since Jan '97, comments made on USENET and what all has taken place over this time span... including all the gaming consoles, popular titles and historic events. Quite nicely done I might add

            yeah.. it has been a while since they first announced it.
            what engine are they using now?.. it used to be Quake 2, then Unreal .. what now?

              Don't you know? They were waiting for Doom 3 to be finished, so they can use that engine..... Actually I'm making that up of course, but who knows?
