Backing up SQL 2000

Here is the problem. In the past I just used Enterprise Manager to set up a backup in SQL Server agent.

Now we are moving Databases from Engineering to Alpha to beta to Production. When this was 3 databases, no problem. The new system uses anywhere from 30 up to 1000 seperate databases! Is there a way to automate this backing up? back up all databases on the SQL server, rather than setting it up one at a time?
