And in my case, it does not depend on what the meaning of "is" is. Be it "is" or "was," there is no, and has been no improper relationship between myself and any aimbot.

bsdgeek is completely innocent of the charges leveled against him.

Apparently within the last week, I was accused of using an aimbot on the MURC UT2004 server. The thread(s) and/or post(s) are now gone, I'm told.

I was neither here nor able to view and respond to said accusations.

As an admin on a UT server, I had a large amount of false positive feedback from my anti-cheat software. Unless the person admitted it or you witnessed very abherrent behavior, it was usually the case that the player did not use one.
