YUV enabling for old RR/Mystique

Hi everybody,

I'm trying to set up a second PC with my spare old RR/Mystique. I would love to be able to capture with HuffYuv or PICvideo MJPEG. Is there a YUV-enabling utility for the old RainbowRunner like the one for the Marvel G400?

Markus Pruehs asked me the same thing and sent me the appropriate VCAP16.DLL by e-mail to test it. I haven't gotten to it yet, but I've read somewhere that there is no hidden YUY2 code in these "old" DLL's. I'll check it out sometime this week, but don't expect too much.
The Marvels and RR/G's DO have this YUY2 code, it's just dusabled and hidden by default because it is rather buggy. Instead of spending some more time on the code, Matrox decided to disable it (and hoped nobody would find out...).
