Well, I put my new X800XT PE in tonight and have had no crashes in UT2k4 so far.. with the Parhelia I was dropping out and rebooting and all sorts of things. Dunno what was the deal, as I'm no code genius, but it's nice not to be about to annihilate the core with a redeemer or leviathan and then just WHOOPS!.. REBOOT!

By the way.. UT2k4 in 1920x1200 with all eye candy settings at max, and still very smooth. It's just unbelievable.

Good to hear your crashes have stopped.
Guess you'll have to change your sig now

I used to have similar problems with my Parhelia. Turned out to be heat related. The problem disappeared when I switched to a 12" case fan. This also keeps my 7 hard drives cool too
