3d-Analyser and Prince of Persia- TSOT

I am having trouble trying to get Prince of Persia Sands of Time to work on my pc. I have an unsupported gforce4 mx video card and when i try to load the exe file in 3d analyzer it wants to copy some stupid hooks_3da file to the current directory yet it can't.

I've downloaded versions 2.31, 33 and 34 and everytime i get the hooks_3da.dll file and try and start the game, it always deletes the hooks dla and then cant find it. damn this is irritating to say the least and i must blame ubisoft for being such a bunch of w***ers for not supporting lower gforce cards. sheesh Brickbats to them.

Its actually the full version of POP-TSOT but i dont think thats the problem, i tried loading another game with 3d analyser but it said the same thing.
