  • Song Quote Thread

    Suggested Rules are:
    1. English language songs
    2. If not guessed within twenty four hours, the person who started the thread (the "Thread Starter") may close the current quote and submit a new one.
    4. The quote must be at least a bit meaningfull. "Oh Yeah, Baby" is not a valid entry.
    3. Winner each time is the one supplying both the name of the song as the artist (original or best know).
    5. (edit) Oh, and please don't use a database or google or somesuch.


    So here goes the first:
    It takes a scary kind of illness
    To design a place like this for pay.
    24 hours guys and galls, or I'll put another one in.

                        The song is called "If Wishes Were Horses", by Hunker Down (a local Austin, TX band, circa 1987-1995 or so)

                        Let's try another, more widespread song:
