Ran Recover Utility and get this:
            Found G400 AGP
            Calc SUM :27
            Read SUM : 7b

Loading default BIN file g400 AGP.bin.............

            Calculated PIN SUM 7A
            E2Prom PIN SUM : ff

PINS have invalid checksum or pointer is corrupt

            Examining BIOS
PINS were damaged, information salvaged : Unable to continue because of bad PCB# : 4095

            SUBSYSID : ffff

            Also ran G4SET:

The BIOS lost it's PINs info. Happens frequently on G400s.
That's why you should always keep a recovery disk, made with Matrox's BIOS utils.

If you can find someone with the proper PINs file that matches your card, you should be able to coax it back to life.
