  • problem with agp-port?

    i changed cabinet, and turned everything on. everything worked fine, but the screen didn't get any signal. i tried another card and another screen. is there any hope for my motherboard? or do i have to buy a whole new system?

    specs that might be important:
    mobo: asus a7v133
    cpu: 1.1 ghz athlon thunderbird

    did you try a PCI vid card to verify BIOS settings?

      If you changes cases (cabinet?), check to make sure everything is seating properly. Could be that the new case is not allowing the mobo to align properly, and the AGP cards are not properly seating.
