Hitachi Deskstar drive "meows" during drive check

    IBM is soo smart!

It's the same sound of the IBM SCSI-Drives (Ultrastar DDYS-T36950 and DPSS-318350) I've had in my PC. So I suppose that Hitachi has implemented this so-called performance and reliability-feature straight form the Ultrastar-SCSI-drives. Even in SATA-Drives, this sound really sucks.
