Unrelated topic--PC to Phone
I was wondering if any of you know what the best way to place a call from my computer (on the internet) to a phone in another country would be. I live in Germany right now and am getting cable modem service hooked up in the next few weeks. I would really like to be able to have my wife call her family in Korea by PC (it would help to offset the phone bill and her reaction to the outrageously priced cable bill we'll be getting). I looked around and saw all kinds of apps out there, but they all had mixed reviews.
I know it's off-topic, but I trust the guys in this forum and there seems to be an "international flavor" here. I figure one or more of you guys could give me a couple of opinions and or experiences.
