Processor for Compaq EN?

Anyone know the fastest processor I can put in a Compaq Deskpro EN 1 GHz? It has an I815 chipset. I guess possible processors are 1.13, 1.2 and 1.26 GHz (256K cache).

It's reliable and it's free. I am not going to complain...

Besides, I installed a Matrox card in it. How much better can it get?

If its your older 815, those CPU's(tualtins) above 1 G won't work without and adaptor.

How can I tell which version of the chipset is in there?

What adapter are you talking about MM?
