  • SoundForge7 causes play error for MPEG1.

Today I tried to render a short, simple mpeg1 file with VideoEditor (MSP7).
When I started MSP7 the first 85% of VideoEditor7 was loaded quickly as usual, but when it tried to load the audio plug ins it went very slow.
Once loaded I rendered the clip to an mpeg1 and a VCD PAL 352x288 with audio files.
But, I couldn’t play up the files with MP8 or MP6.4. MP caused a sever WinXP error, and been shut down.
Than I rendered the same timeline area to an .avi file (PICVideo) The .avi file plays ok.
Than, using TMPGEnc I made a new mpeg1 file. This file caused the same error.
Third test: rendered the clip to mpeg1 without audio . Everything played ok.
No error with mpeg2, SVCD, DVD, .AVI, only with mpeg1 including audio.
Fourth test: Uninstalled SF 7 (restart PC) and everything went ok, without any SoundForge installed in the system.
Final test: Reinstalled SF 6 without any issue. The mpeg1 files play fine.
Now everything plays fine, even those files created with MSP7 + SF7 combo.
    Anybody experienced this issue?
