    If I were to buy this board and a SATA HDD would I be able to run a UDMA Drive as my primary and a SATA drive as my secondary or do you need to use one or the other.

    I like having Windows on a seperate smaller drive and my apps on another, it would seem a little pointless to me having a large drive just for Windows.

    Yes, but the SATA drive would be drive nr. 2, not secondary slave/master. I think you could have up to 6 drives attached at the same time.
