  • Maya 5 w\ Parhelia?

Im finally building my workstation and its primarilly for running Maya (but eventually will be for video as well, once the additional Hardware is aquired)

looking at the certs for the Parhelia it mentions 4 and 4.5 but nothing about 5

has anybody upgraded to 5 and are there any issues?
as of right now, Im leaning towards the 3DLabs Wildcat VP990 Pro
as a fully certified solution, but Id really like to use the Parhelia for its video attributes and triple head.

    system specs
    2 x Opteron 244, Tyan K8W, 4GB PC2700, Dot Hill SANnet external RAID

This does really belong into Matrox Hardware, so that's where I'm moving it now

Maya couldn't use the Maya Hardware renderer when using earlier Parhelia drivers, but with the 1.05 drivers it seems to work.
I haven't tested it much since I use 3dsmax primarily, but it seems functional.
