I wonder if they'll take out the cheats when (/if) they don't need to have them, like if they make it back on top with NV40. Then again, knowing Nvidia, they would probably keep them in to increase any lead they would have. -
Nvidia has already stated that they will continue to "optimize" for all games, including 3dmark. they still claim that they are NOT cheating in 3dmark, just optimizing.
