Comdlg32.dll error

Ok Guys need hand here...I'm kinda burnt out from trying to get my condo up to snuff and spend most of the day doing that for the next 2-3 weeks.

My old man is having a problem with his "play" computer in work...he's getting a C:\windows\system32\comdlg.dll is not a valid image when his machine boots into Windows XP.

Any suggestions? All I can find on MS site is errors for Win98 or Win95 and nothing for XP.

That DLL gets overwritten with stuff all the time. Bad programs do it to you.

1. Check for viruses. Very important.

2. Run the system file checker, and let it repair.
