when you see the C: \windows or C:\winnt prompt, type
format c:
confirm that this what you want to do, when asked.
Wait until the operation has finished (it may take a few minutes).
Your computer has now eliminated all spam and viruses from your C: disk.

I hate spammers. I set one of my computers to DMZ host for a short while to test some stuff and instantly got attacked by NET SEND spammers. I guess someone has a server that runs through IP addresses held by ISP's and NET SEND's advertisements to people.
Now that's EVIL!!
Turned back on the firewall and they went away.
