Given the Time/CNN polls usual Democratic-leaning "error margin" this probably means Schwarzenegger has closer to 30% and Bustamanate about 12%.
What about Gray Davis's recall?
He can barely pull 51% of the Democratic voters to retain his governorship and even his own Democratic Lt. Governor is trying to take his job. By the time you add in the Republicans and Independents;
