don't get the Matrox Rainbow Runner G if you want

    a: a reliable card
b: a card with working drivers for win2k
c: a card with good drivers for win98
    d: any of the above.

hmm, i just realized that I have a TV card. Its old... i wonder if it works and can it do capture stuff?!?! (it belong to my bro when we used to live together few years back)

Its STB System (now known as 3DFX)
      heres the info:
      STB TV130
      BrookTree Bt848 Video Capture Chip.

Connectors on the STB mounting bracket:
      TV Antenna/Cable Input
      Stereo Audio Input
12 volt Power Output <---- what the hell is this????
      S-video Input
      Video Line (RCA) Input

The 12V out is for powering a video camera.

I am watching the TV and it's worthless.
If I switch it on it is even worse.
