Netscape 4.7, when it still held ~20% of the browser market (enough that you had to make sure sites worked with it) was a pain in the arse to write HTML for.

It doesn't support CSS (1,2, and probably 3 when it's done) properly, and it can't handle transparent PNGs.Comment

That said, I wouldn't care if it was - long live Opera!
(BTW, 07.20 Beta1 is out, and is already a lot faster and uses half as much memory - my no.1 grief - than 7.11 if initial reports are to be believed)
