Extremetech (http://www.extremetech.com/article2/0,3973,1149365,00.asp) takes a look at Libranet linux 2.8. I've never used it personally, but I hear good things.

For the most part Libranet 2.8 is my main desktop :D I like it alot, mainly because it has a better installer than Debian, but basically is Debian. And at the same time it's not over-glorified like Lindows and Xandros. (ok, so by overglorified I mean it doesn't have the fisherprice feel like KDE... well because you can choose either KDE or Gnome (or the default is IceWM.)
