  • More Movie News: Alien 5 with Arnold!

According to Dark Horizons, Oscar-winning filmmaker James Cameron advised the BBC that he may indeed helm a potential Alien 5 (a separate project from the upcoming Alien vs. Predator film). "We're looking at doing another one," reveals Cameron, who also helmed the 1986 smash Aliens. "Something similiar to what we did with Aliens. A bunch of great characters, and of course Sigourney [Weaver]. I've even discussed the possibility of putting him [Arnold Schwarzenegger] into the Alien movie."

Cameron and Schwarzenegger previously teamed for the first two Terminator films, as well as True Lies. The closest Arnold has come to fighting an alien was in 1987's Predator.

By the way, Cameron "couldn't stand Alien 3 – how they could just go in there and kill off all these great characters we introduced in Aliens, and the correlation between mother and daughter. It stunk, but hopefully I'll get a chance to rectify all that [with Alien 5]."

Why is it called tourist season, if we can't shoot at them?

I agree with his assessment of A3. Sucked.....

My only question is how Arnold will juggle shooting the movie with being Governor of California

      A3 was soo bad
A4 was better, but anything would have been better than A3
Some of the plotholes in A4 is big enough to drive the Sulaco through

Yeah, like how they gave a clone all of Ripley's memories?

Actually, they had an explanation for this one.
Remember that she wasn't exactly Ripley anymore

On the sidenote, I personally like (can you tell enjoy in case of such movie? ) A3 very much.

Like any 'good' politician I'm sure he will find the way to put his personal special interest first.

Sigourney again? I guess someone has to toss some work her way every so often.

Seriously though, she was great in all the movies, even when they sucked (Aliens 3), and with Cameron on-board it couldn't be all bad.

What was that film Sigourney did not so long back, where she was blonde? That hair took 10 years off her and made her look pretty hot!

So? Lots of people find Jeri Ryan sexy, despite the fact that her face was clearly transplanted from a rather square-jawed man onto her body.

I'll never understand the attraction factor of manly women.
