  • Limiting the bandwidth

I have computer with different OS connected in the same network.
They share a 56.6 modem connection that is located on WIN 2000.

The problem is that anytime i download something using DAP or Kazaa, my computer eats up all the bandwidth and other computers can't almost even download some simple internet pages.

Is there a way to reserve some part of bandwith for a specified computer?

Or in another way is there a way to limit the bandwith usage of a application or a whole computer?

No, i cannot change the connection type, no dsl here yet!

I believe there are options in Kaaza where you can set the bandwidth throttling. You should give it a peek.
