      Yup, it is. Some may find changing over from Premiere 6.x a chore though as the workflow has largely been changed. This time reading the manual is not optional....

            The following NLEs don't support Win2K so far...

            Premiere Pro
            Edius
            and the list is growing

            Support for Win2K is deminishing fast!

            Or as Doc stated above
