Recommend good voice chat program

So I got to voicechatting (better than IRC or IM for longer conversations)...

Yahoo messenger is somewhat crappy and I know there must be better software out there.

So what do you recommend?

P2P or group?

for P2P I'd recomend tracking down an old version 2 of buddy phone.

for group sessions, I7ve had reasonable success with either teamspeak2 or game voice.
