BURGLAR'S RIGHT TO SUE FARMER SLAMMED
A court ruling which allows a burglar
to sue Tony Martin for shooting him
during a raid has been condemned by
supporters of the jailed Norfolk farmer

A judge at Nottingham County Court
    overturned an earlier ruling rejecting
Brendon Fearon's right to make a claim.

Martin was jailed for killing Fearon's
teenage accomplice in the 1999 break-in

His MP Henry Bellingham said: "No
criminal should have any right after he
    has broken into a property."

I hope that judges house gets broken into time and time again and he gets beaten up each time. Stupid ass hole.

    This is disgusting.

And what message is all this giving to the (less lawful) public? "It's okay to break in to people's homes, if they try to defend themselves/their property we'll jail them and you can sue them."

just isn't a strong enough smiley.
Blah blah blah nick blah blah confusion, blah blah blah blah frog.

      Perhaps I should make a T Shirt saying "I'm a lawful citizen therefore I'm a prick".

Ribbet that what it is saying. One of the reasons why I'm against europe cos the dogooders there are even more mindless clueless farts.
