DirectX 9.0a End-User Runtime question

any ideas on where I could download the full version to burn to cdr?
the Microsoft site appears to only allow you to do a web update!

I had just the same problem a week or so ago. If you go to MSDN you can download the runtime redistributable (the stuff that is put on game CDs) from the sameplace where you can get the SDK.
